Practice With Me

Obviously I am passionate about all aspects of health & wellness, but some of my favorite ways to reset and release stress are by practicing Restorative Yoga and meditation. Over the past decade, I benefited so much from my practice that I trained to teach yoga and meditation. My goal was not just to deepen my own practice, but to share the learnings with my clients and support their wellness journey. I want to help others invite more ease, rest and peace into their life through yoga and meditation.

I offer private individual or group sessions in the south Bay Area, Peninsula, Truckee-North Tahoe region and online. Additionally, I am open to teaching at studios, corporations, retreats, workshops or schools.
